- a minimum of two reference checks

- confirmation of the candidates current registration status

- a background check

- a working with children check

- confirmation of post-graduate qualifications.


This process is undertaken to assure Recruit Medical and the potential employer are confident in the candidates competence, prior to a placement being accepted. The process is specifically designed for Australia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE and the UK's Healthacare system.


Organising meetings and interviews between candidates and clients based in different time zones can easily lead to miscommunications if appropriate care isn’t taken. We always make time to double check diary invites and interviews confirmations before we send an email. For your convenience, we adjust to your time zone and hold the interview at your preferred time.
